In-stock catalogue styles dispatch within 3–5 business days of cleared payment. Custom orders, engraving, and white-label packaging typically run on a 14-day lead time.
Yes. All pieces are BIS hallmark certified across every purity we produce (14K, 18K, 22K, 24K) and ship with certificates plus an independent appraisal.
We ship via specialist valuables carriers, fully insured door-to-door for invoice value. International consignments include full commercial documentation; import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders are payable in advance unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Payment options and any credit arrangements are discussed with your account manager after approval.
Yes — custom manufacture from your designs or CAD, plus white-label packaging and engraving, are available to approved partners on request.
Manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or credit. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable except for defects. See our Return Policy page for details.
